Apartment description

Apartment Maslina is located on the first floor and is ideal for a family with two children. From the spacious terrace, there is a beautiful, direct view of the beach and the sea, creating a perfect environment for relaxation at any time of day.

The apartment consists of a living room with kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and terrace, with a total area of 42 m².

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes cookware, a stove, oven, microwave, and electric kettle.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, towels, and a hairdryer.

Reserved covered parking is available at an additional charge.

The distance to the beach is 60 m. The beach has easy access, a combination of pebble and concrete areas, and is very safe and peaceful, with a gentle shallow area ideal for relaxing in the sea and for children to play.

Bicycles and a SUP board are available for use (already included in the base price), as well as a stone grill for preparing barbecues and seafood delicacies.
