Terms
- The final reservation is confirmed by paying an advanced deposit in the amount of 25% of the total accommodation price.
- We do not refund advanced deposit payments.
- In case of force majeure, they are valid for next season, and in exceptional cases, we will make a full refund.
- The rest of the amount has to be paid in cash while checking in.
- We do not accept credit nor debit card payments.
- A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable during check-out as long as there has been no damage to the property.
- In case of drastic disturbance of the house rules, which would significantly disturb the peace and security of other guests, we will have to cancel the accommodation immediately without a refund.
- In case that you are dissatisfied with our level of service and accommodation, and if the remarks prove to be justified, a partial refund is possible, or we will arrange an extra day for you without any charge or any other way that we agree upon.
- Guests are welcome to enter their comments in the complaint book.
